Shading Still Life

We made a simple still life drawing more interesting by adding patterns in the background.

Self Portrait Line Drawings

Students will draw a self portrait. No shading just contour lines.  After portraits have been drawn, lines are placed inside of the drawing to add texture.

Some lines begin to resemble wood.
